Shopping Cart F.A.Q.
What is the Shopping Cart? What is the Shopping Cart? The shopping cart lists the items that you’ve designed/uploaded and added to your shopping cart. It also shows the amount associated with each item and the overall total for all items in your shopping cart. The amount for each item includes printing, shipping & handling costs associated with that item. Each listing in your shopping cart will represent a separate order. Back to Top I added an item to my shopping cart, but I wasn't logged in. How do I associate the item with my account? If you're logged in, logout out so you can see your public shopping cart. View shopping cart and click "Edit" for the item you wish to associate with your account. Click [Order], make sure all information is filled out correctly then click [Continue>>]. When you're in the "Preview" page, Log in using the Login Box at the top right. Click [Add to Shopping Cart]. Note: Do not stay inactive for a long period (usually ~20 min.) of time. This can cause you to be logged out automatically. Back to Top Why is there an item in my Shopping Cart when I’m logged in, and it’s not there when I Logout or vice versa? In case you used a public computer to add items to your shopping cart, this feature will prevent other users from modifying your shopping cart. This feature adds additional security measures for registered users. If you’re logged in when you add an item to your shopping cart, it will not be visible in your shopping cart when you’re logged out. Similarly when you add an item when you’re logged out of your account, you’ll not be able to view this item when you log in to your account. The reason for this is that we can associate items with your account only if you're logged in. Back to Top I’m a registered user; will the items I add to my shopping cart be there forever? No. Whether you’re a registered user or not, does not make a difference. Unlike other websites, having items in a shopping cart means also having several megabytes of files associated with that item hosted on our server. Therefore we cannot allow items for every persons shopping cart to remain on our server forever. If we do, we’ll run out of space. Before you add an item to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Shopping Cart” button in the preview page, you’ll be notified how long that particular item will remain in your shopping cart. Back to Top I had an item in my Shopping Cart and it disappeared. Why? There are several reasons why this could happen. # 1 If you’re a registered user, you might’ve logged off. Login to your account to see your personal shopping cart. If you’re not a registered user, you might loose your shopping cart if you disconnected from our site by closing your browser, or by trying to access your shopping cart from a different computer. # 2 This might happen if the item has been in your shopping cart for too many days. Consequently it might’ve been removed from your shopping cart # 3 When you click on the “Edit” link for the item in your Shopping Cart, it’s removed from your Shopping Cart and becomes editable. After you click “Edit” you must click “Save Order” or click “Order” again, and finally click “Add to Shopping Cart” button in the preview page, to add the item back to your shopping cart. Back to Top What are the check boxes in the Shopping Cart for? The check boxes are to be used if you want to remove several or one item from your shopping cart. Back to Top Can I submit individual items separately by checking the check box for the item(s) in the Shopping Cart? No. You cannot submit payment for individual items in your shopping cart. The payment for the items in your shopping cart will be processed altogether. Back to Top Can I access my Shopping Cart from a different computer? Depends. If you’re a registered user, yes. If you’re not a registered user, no. The reason for this is simple. There are thousands of internet surfers. The only reliable way of associating items with individual users, who try to access their shopping cart from different computers, is by associating items with individual registered users. Back to Top I can't find an answer to my question here. If you can't find an answer to your question, feel free to contact us for whatever questions you may have. |
