If you select the "Print" option for the certificate and you have a PayPal account, you can log in to your PayPal account and print the gift certificate.

Please Note: The recipient of the gift certificate needs to register for, or have a PayPal account.

Cancellations and Refunds
The following terms apply to gift certificate cancellations and refunds:

A gift certificate can be canceled and refunded either by us, the purchaser or the recipient, within 60 days of the purchase date as long as it has not been used. No fees are charged for cancellation.

Gift certificate sponsors should cancel and refund a gift certificate only if asked to by the purchaser or recipient.

When a gift certificate is canceled, the proceeds from the original gift certificate sale are transferred to the purchaser.

If a gift certificate was mistakenly sent to the wrong email address, or an email address the recipient no longer has access to, the purchaser or recipient may ask us to cancel and refund the purchase.

To cancel and refund a gift certificate within 60 days:

Purchasers should go to their PayPal Account History and click the Details link to find the gift certificate.

Click Cancel.

Click the Cancel Gift Certificate button to finalize the cancellation.
The face value of the gift certificate will be refunded to the purchaser.
Once a gift certificate has been canceled, the purchaser’s account will indicate a refunded payment.
